I tried different video codecs like vlc - no such luck. Confused, I went over to a friends house and tried playing them on her computer. Nothing. I was wondering if there is anything I could do to get my videos to play. What happens if my mac finally dies and no one can revive it. Will all my money be wasted? If it is some kind of stupid security feature where only my itunes account can play it, how do I get around that? I've heard rumors about burning stuff to disks, then ripping it, but with itunes dvd burning ~well, it is incredibly inefficient and wasteful. I don't want to drop $30 additional dollars on dvds. This is incredibly infuriating. And if anyone has a solution I would love to hear it. Please please tell me. Thank you so much. Hopefully enough info to get it working on UBUNTU. That would be nice.... Read More »
