Open Question: Yay, a computer problem?

Ok, so for the past week I haven't been able to sign in to my google or youtube account. Whenever I try it directs me to a page saying "There is a problem with this websites security certificate" and when I click on "Continue to this website" it says "The requested URL /accounts/ServiceLogin was not found on this server."
